Maria is a Colombian attorney and expert in international relations. She directs the Commercial Missions to South and Central America and is a mentor for the US Department of Commerce for foreign women in technology.  Also coordinates remote and online closings and serves as a notary when needed. She coordinates all the title and escrow events for our real estate title clients. Our team make us the best title and escrow companies around us.

Latin American Executive Assistant. Karen is a professional that serves as a personal assistant for Maria Lord and David Lord. She coordinates meetings, appointments and closings communicating with all parties. Her part is key to provide a smooth real estate title and escrow transaction.
